The Client Services team is comprised of experienced professionals with extensive backgrounds in retail, finance, and analytics. This positions the team to provide a highly skilled level of support to not only maximize your impact with the Secure Solutions, but to also advise on industry best practices.
In addition, our Client Services team oversees the “Secure Alliance”. This is a thought leadership group made of the members from our user community. The Secure Alliance hosts annual user conferences in both North America and Europe. Aggregated information and intelligence exchanged during these conferences create the foundation for our “Risk Dictionary” – our collection of data analysis and querying best practices for all retail models.
